Brian began his career as a management strategy consultant with IBM Global Business Services specializing in finance transformation and corporate strategy projects. Spending time in the automotive, industrial and financial services sectors, Brian developed his skills as a finance process and technology specialist as well as a manager of integration teams both in the U.S and abroad. He currently sits on the international board of Boys Hope Girls Hope.
Mr. Moore earned his bachelor's degree from Saint Louis University with a concentration in Finance.
Mr. Moore is the President and CEO of PJM Advisors, LLC, He is the former chairman and chief executive officer of Smurfit-Stone Container Corporation. With over $7 billion in annual revenue, Smurfit-Stone was a complex industrial company with over 17,000 employees, 100 corrugated container plants, 12 containerboard mills and 30 recycling plants. During his 24 year career with the company, he also acted as CFO as well as other senior operating and financial positions.
Mr. Moore is currently a director of Archer Daniels Midland Company, Exelis and Rentech while also serving on the North American Review Board of American Air Liquide Holdings, Inc. and on the boards of the Metropolitan YMCA of St. Louis, St. Louis Zoological Society and the Big Shoulders Fund.
Moore holds a bachelor’s degree in business administration from DePaul University.
Prior to joining PJM Advisors, Mary Estes was the Executive Assistant to the CEO at Smurfit-Stone Container Corporation, a position she held since 2002. In total she served 34 years at Smurfit-Stone in various Executive Assistant positions.
Ms. Estes joined PJM Advisors as Office Manager in June of 2011.
